JOKERA is a social casino as defined by Google Ads policy: a platform where games include play for free and where players cannot win real money or prizes. We are not a real-money online gambling operator and we do not advertise ourselves as one.
Google Ads policy compliance
All JOKERA advertising adheres to Google's Social Casino Gambling Advertising Policy:
- Ads only target users in approved geographies (Canada) and users aged 19+ (18+ in AB, MB, QC).
- Landing pages make absolutely clear that no real money is involved.
- No promise or suggestion of real-money winnings, guaranteed outcomes or cash prizes.
- No use of terms like "win real money", "deposit", "payout", "cash out" or "best odds".
- Responsible-play messaging and helpline information are prominent across the platform.
- Our operating Google Ads accounts hold the required social casino gambling certification.
Canadian advertising standards
We voluntarily follow Ad Standards Canada and relevant provincial advertising guidelines for entertainment gaming:
- No advertising targeted at minors.
- No portrayal of social casino play as a route to wealth, status or problem resolution.
- Clear, conspicuous disclosure of the virtual-coin-only, no-real-money nature.
- Clear age restriction visible on all marketing surfaces.
Affiliates & publishers
JOKERA does not currently operate an affiliate program. If that changes, partners will be required to follow this compliance policy in full. We will not work with partners using incentivized traffic, misleading creatives, or real-money gambling cloaking.
